Refund Policy
ETIAS Requirements is a private, independent assistance service, not affiliated with the European Union or any government. We charge a service fee to help you prepare and submit your ETIAS travel authorisation application. This policy sets out the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

1. What your payment covers
The total amount you pay consists of two parts:
- The official ETIAS fee (€20), paid in full to the European authorities when your application is submitted through the official portal;
- Our service fee, which covers the verification of your information, assistance, guidance, and submission of your application.
2. Refund before we process your application
If you request a refund before we have submitted your application to the official ETIAS portal, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee. As the €20 official fee has not yet been paid, it is also refunded to you.
To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of your payment and before processing has begun.
3. Refund after your application has been submitted
Once your application has been submitted to the official ETIAS portal:
- The €20 official fee is non-refundable, as it has been permanently paid to the European authorities and is not returned to us.
- Our service fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully performed (verification and submission completed).
4. If your ETIAS authorisation is refused
Our service consists of assisting you in preparing and submitting your application. We do not guarantee that your ETIAS authorisation will be granted, as this decision rests solely with the European authorities.
- If your application is refused by the authorities for reasons related to your personal situation (history, information about you, etc.), no refund is due, neither the fee nor our service fee, as the work has been completed.
- If your application is refused due to a data-entry error on our part, we will fully refund our service fee and submit a corrected application at our own cost (excluding any new official fee).
5. Errors in the information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. Before any submission, we ask you to review and confirm your data. If an authorisation is refused or invalidated due to incorrect information you provided (for example, an incorrect passport number), no refund can be granted.
6. Cancellation by us
If, for any exceptional reason, we are unable to process your application, we will refund all amounts paid in full, including the official fee if it has not yet been paid.
7. How to request a refund
All refund requests must be sent by email to contact@etias-requirements.com, stating your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within [X] business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] days.
8. Acceptance
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy.
