ETIAS Requirements (etias-requirements.com) is a private, independent commercial service operated by [Company legal name]. We are not affiliated with the European Union or any government. We provide optional assistance to travellers preparing an ETIAS application.

2. Our service

Our service consists of guidance, review of the information you provide, and support in connection with the ETIAS travel authorisation. Using our service is entirely optional: you may apply yourself, free of any service fee, directly on the official EU portal.

3. Current availability

ETIAS is not yet in force. Until the European regulation takes effect, no applications can be submitted through our service or the official portal. During this period we only offer information and an optional waiting list. We will begin accepting requests once ETIAS officially launches.

4. Fees

The official ETIAS government fee is €20 per adult applicant and is payable to the European authorities. Our service fee is separate and additional, and covers our assistance only. All fees will be displayed clearly before you confirm any payment.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information. We cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information you supply.
• Ensure you meet ETIAS eligibility requirements before applying.

6. No guarantee of approval

The decision to grant or refuse an ETIAS is made solely by the competent European authorities. We cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid to us. We are not liable for the official fee, for travel costs, or for decisions made by the authorities.

8. Governing law
